The Gauteng woman, Gosiame Sithole who is said to reside in Tembisa delivered ten children; seven boys and three girls through a cesarean section.
Aside from the ten children Sithole welcomed a few hours ago, she already has six years old twins. She told Pretoria News that her pregnancy was natural and not through any fertility treatment.
