Liverpool’s recent slip midweek before their match was postponed on Saturday means a Blues win here could see them pull within four points of the Reds at the top of the Premier League table, with Arsenal in the same boat as well against Fulham.
The Blues were not expected to be amongst the challengers this season, the first under Enzo Maresca, but have flown under the radar well as other storylines take most of the headlines.
Tottenham, meanwhile, are all over the place, battering some of the top teams while struggling against the lower tier competition. It has them 12th in the table, unable to secure any kind of consistency.
