Agents of the Enugu Zonal Order of the Monetary and Monetary Wrongdoings Commission, EFCC, on Monday, May 1, 2023, captured eighteen thought web fraudsters in various areas inside Enugu.
The suspects incorporate one Chigozie Philips, organizer behind Blessed Family School Abakpa, Enugu, where he supposedly prepares forthcoming cybercriminals.
Kingsley Okorie, Henry Chidiebere, Elochukwu Chukwuemeka Micheal, Nelson Nnaji, Joacin Kelvin, Kelechi Ibe, Chinonso James, Udeh Isaiah, and Micheal Chukwuemeka are the thirteen of his associates who were detained during the sting operation.
Others incorporate Ifeanyi Ozor Brilliant, Etuma John, Okafor Chukwuemeka, Raymond Chinaza, Desmond James, Ozoma Chinonso Anthony, Uchenna Also known as and Ozor Celestine.
Twenty mobile phones and two laptops were among the items retrieved from the suspects. The suspects will be brought to court as soon as the investigation is over because they have provided useful statements.
