After killing his five children, wife, and mother-in-law, an American father committed suicide by writing that he’d rather “rot in hell” than deal with a “manipulative” wife.

On January 4, 42-year-old Michael Haight shot and killed his wife, her mother, and the couple’s five children after being investigated for child abuse.

Bodycam footage of the shooting has also been made public by the city of Enoch and the local police. The footage shows the officers making their way to the family’s house while their bodies are still inside.

Haight claimed that his wife Tausha had driven him to violence in the suicide note he left behind. Despite the fact that investigations revealed that his wife was the one who was abused in the family, he carried out this action.

“I can’t handle this for one more day. This is absurd.” We won’t be a hindrance to society. Haight wrote, “You wouldn’t listen to my requests for assistance.” I would rather die in hell than endure this control and manipulation for another day.

When he killed Tausha and the rest of their family, she and her controlling husband had planned to file for divorce.

Macie, the daughter, told caseworkers that her father would stand tall over her and her siblings and get close to them to scare them.

According to the records, “Dad jumps to react to anything he doesn’t like” was what Macie said. He yells frequently and wants to assure them that he is correct.

According to the return of a previously issued police search warrant, Michael Haight searched Google with the query “can you hear a gunshot in a house?”

Additionally, he investigated the volume of 40mm and 9mm guns. Additionally, relatives claim that Haight had previously taken guns from the house, rendering his mother-in-law and wife defenseless.
