Captured at a shopping center in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico City, the disturbing footage shows the couple sprawled on a bench in the lobby, with the woman’s legs visibly open while the man appears to be atop her. Despite the public setting, the man abruptly halts his movements, freezing in place as numerous shoppers pass by, with one individual pausing to witness the scene before moving on.
Questions arise as to why security personnel did not intervene, and whether authorities are pursuing an investigation into the incident.
